Do you offer free shipping ?
Electric motorcycles are a little bit big and heavy for shipping, so we send them using a Freight LTL service. All shipments will require a delivery appt. so please double check you included the right e-mail and phone number so our Freight carrier can arrange your delivery More details.

Do you make dropshipping? What Is Ebike Dropshipping?
Yes, we do, As our dealer, you won't need to stock a lot of electric bikes in your warehouse. When your customer places an order, just tell us the order information and we will ship it directly from our warehouse, saving you time and labor.
Where do these bikes locate in?
United States
We has 2 large warehouses in the United States, located in California and Georgia. Dealers, distributors, and dropshipping customers can get ebikes from the US warehouse, and it can be delivered within 7-10 working days. The US warehouse has Electric dirt bike EM2.0， Electric bike ATV08(Xplite), ATV07(Xcite), ATV08 plus(Xplus)
Netherland
We has 1 large warehouse in Netherland. Dealers, distributors and dropshipping customers can pick up ebikes from the Netherland warehouse and deliver to the entire EU in 7-18 working days. The Holland warehouse has Electric bike ATV08(Xplite), ATV07(Xcite).

Are your bikes already assembled?
Yes, some assembly is required handlebars need to be bolted on front wheel needs to be installed on the front forks. Takes about 45 minutes to assemble. You can also refer to our assembly video or guide for step-by-step instructions

What's the height/weight recomemnded for these bike?
Here recommended rider height is 5’4″ ~ 6’2″, payload 330 lbs at maximum.
Do I have to peddle at all?
E-bike:There is 3 working mode for you choose: Pure electric bike mode by throttle only (just put your feet on the pedal no need to peddle); Pedal assist mode( gently step on the pedal); Normal bike mode.
E-motorcycle: Electric bike mode by throttle only.
Is this adults ebike UL and CE listed?
Yes, it have UL2849 for US market, and CE certified for EU market.
Is it street legal?
E-bike Yes, It is, All ebikes are street legal for family use.
E-motorcycle, off road only now,two month later, will have EEC for EU and DOT for USA which support you to register for on road use.
Does the Electric Bikes include a rear rack and a rear basket?
NO. Rear rack and rear basket need to be purchased separately.

What is the maximum speed of ? Can the speed limit be lifted?
Electirc bike has speed of 25km/h for EU market, 32km/h for US market. The speed limit can be lifted. Max Speed 40-55km. It is illegal to be driven on the road, off road use haven’t limit of speed.
Electirc motorcycle has max speed 80km/h,speed limit is based on local transport rules.
Is This E-Bike Equipped With Mechanical Brakes Or Hydraulic Brakes?
Electric bike is equipped with Mechanical disc brake, Hydrualic brake can be delivered seperately after you pay.
Electric motorycle has hydraulic disc brakes(oil pressure) which can greatly reduce braking distance.
What Should I Do If I Have An After-Sales Problem?

Why Do You Need To Pump Up The Tire Of The Ebike After You Receive It?
Please note that due to shipping needs, the tires of our e-bikes will be outgassed. So you need to pump up the tire after you receive the ebike.
How You Use Your Batteries Will Make Them Last Longer?
Please connect the battery to the battery charger and then connect the charger to the outlet to energize it.

Is the seat height adjustable?
No,the seat is settled on the frame
Are your ebikes waterproof?
Our bikes are water and dust resistant, rated IP54. This means that they can be ridden in the rain, but we would still advise against leaving them exposed to the elements. We would also recommend cleaning your bikes with a damp cloth instead of hosing them down, to prevent damage to any components.
Can the battery be removed for charging?
Yes, the battery can be charged both installed and removed from the bike. Charging from zero to 100% takes 4-6 hours.
How to make Electric Bike go faster than 25kmh?
The bike comes with default setting preset to 25 (which means 25km/h or 18mph) or 30(which means 30km/h or 20mph), but you can toggle this to 40-55km/h for off road use.
How do these bikes do on gravel drive ways and rocky asphalt roads? We are in the country.
