Grandeux is Cheerdmoto’s dedicated sub-brand for premium e-bikes, ensuring specialized R&D and design. All Grandeux models (Xcite, Xplore, Xplus) are backed by Cheerdmoto’s 2-year warranty and support network.

Your Cheerdmoto arrives 70% pre-assembled for safety during shipping. You'll only need to:*

  1. Attach the front wheel (tool included) - 5 mins

  2. Mount the handlebars - 3 mins

  3. Install the battery - 1 min

  4. Inflate tires to 40 PSI

We provide:

  • A step-by-step video guide (QR code in manual)

  • Toolkit with all necessary wrenches

  • Lifetime support for assembly questions

To save your time and reach our support quickly, please follow below steps:


  • Provide us with your order detail.

  • Capture screenshot or video for the issue you get.

  •  Specify what problem you are experincing.

  • Describe clearly how to reproduce the issue.

  •  Send all information (order number, screenshot, video, model name, description of the issues, link) to support@cheerdmoto.com

 

A: Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes:

  • EU: 3-5 days (express) or 7-10 days (standard)

  • USA: 2-4 days

Technical

Yes! Compatible with:

  • EM2.0: 72V40AH/50AH expansion packs

  • EM3.0: 72V60AH (extends range to 150KM)

We recommend:

  • Every 1,000KM: Chain lubrication, brake check

  • Every 5,000KM: Motor/battery inspection

Warranty & Policy

  • Frame/Motor: 2 years

  • Battery: 18 months

  • Tires/Brakes: 6 months
    Excludes water damage or modifications.

 

  • 14-day returns (unused, original packaging)

  • Free pickup/return for defective items

  • Refunds processed in 3-5 business days
